Retrospective Arcade Game
Trčka, Martin ; Jaroš, Jiří (referee) ; Pospíchal, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes the evolution of computer, which is inspired of historical game called Arkanoid. The first part of the thesis describes history of computer games and conputer graphics. Next section details the graphics libraries as DirectX and OpenGL.The second part of the thesis describes the plan of the game and collisional system. Then the thesis includes description of implementation, where are used object oriented design, library OpenGL and library SDL in C++. The end of thesis is devoted to testing of game.
Physical Simulation in Graphics Scene
Javorka, Marián ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Pečiva, Jan (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with physical simulation of cars. Program is implemented in C++ using OpenSceneGraph and Bullet libraries, which are shortly introduced. The application is implemented as simple racing game for one or two players. Using a simple menu, the user can select a car and the weather, which dramatically affects the handling characteristics of vehicles. Setting weather to random is one of the options leading to a dynamic weather changes during the game. The application takes into account collisions among cars and collisions with the terrain and bars on a racing circuit.
Legal Context of Nightime Road Accidents with Pedestrians
Daněk, Vladimír ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Semela, Marek (advisor)
The thesis „Legal Context of Night-time Road Accidents with Pedestrian „deals with the interpretation of legal decisions on traffic accidents caused by the vehicle during the night and where the other participant was a pedestrian. The main aim of this thesis is to find the established limits for the assessing of blame in comparable accident situations in cases of traffic accidents of the vehicle and the pedestrian at the reduced visibility with emphasis on the assessing in relation to the circumstances of the cases from the technical and legal point of view and in relation to the health consequences. Legal interpretations of the law are defined within the theoretical part of the thesis with emphasis on the ones which appear repeatedly in the judicial decisions. Approximately 1530 judicial decisions were studied and analysed in the analytical part, of which 56 were selected, that corresponds to the requirements of this thesis. There are also 5 expert evidences provided by the Institute of Forensic Engineering of Brno University of Technology. In the above mentioned cases there were defined the limits for the assessing of accidents based on which the judicial decision was predicted in context with the defined established limits for the judicial decisions at the top of the court hierarchy.
Existing state-of-the art and development tendencies of methods and technologies in the field of aircraft movement control along aerodrome surface
Zubrvalčík, Jan ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with navigation on airport surface. In thesis there are described main surveillance systems, which are used for navigation on airport surface and systems for prediction and avoiding collisions. For all systems is listed principle of action, their usage, advantages and disadvantages and informations, which are provided by these systems. In last chapter there are compared properties of main surveillance systems.
Realization of attack on SHA-1 hash function
Dziura, Michal ; Hajný, Jan (referee) ; Malý, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is concerned with hash functions, SHA-1 function and its implementation in Java. The thesis describes weaknesses of this function and implements the implementation of the selected attack leading to the revelation of source text or attack based on targeted falsifying hash. This work also describes characteristics of hash functions, constructions and their use. The last part deals with a description of the attack on the hash function SHA-1 with the complexity of the 2^69.
Game 128kB Using OpenGL
Kačur, Vladimír ; Kučiš, Michal (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deal with creation of the game with limited memory space. It describes methods for reducing the size of the final application. Main part of the thesis describes methods for generating graphic content, as well as movement and interactions within it. It also deals with making of textures and terrain.
Circumstances and Legal Consequences of Daytime Road Accidents with Pedestrians
Rožková, Magdaléna ; Tylšar, Vladimír (referee) ; Semela, Marek (advisor)
The diploma thesis „Circumstances and Legal Consequences of Daytime Road Accidents with Pedestrian“ deals with the interpretation of legal decisions on traffic accidents causes by the vehicle during the day and where the other participant was a pedestrian. The main aim of this work is to find the established limits for the assessment of fault in comparable accident situations. Basic concepts, as a traffic accident, participants of traffic accidents and the position of an expert in the criminal proceedings, are defined within the theoretical part of the thesis. It also deals with the biomechanical aspects of a pedestrian – vehicle collision and the violation of specific regulations. Approximately 1,530 judical decisions were studied and analyzed in the analytical part, of which 40 were selected, that correspond to the requirements of this thesis. In the analytical part there are also 4 expert opinions provided by the Institute of Forensic Engineering of Brno University of Technology, where the above – mentioned limits for the assessment of accidents were applied, as well as the decision according to the jurisdiction.
Retrospective Space Game for Two Players
Kimer, Tomáš ; Kaštil, Jan (referee) ; Pospíchal, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes the development of a computer game inspired by one of the first computer games ever - Spacewar!. The first part describes computer games and associated history, current status, their genres and retrospective games. The second part deals with hardware-accelerated computer graphics, focused on its history and discusses the graphics libraries, especially OpenGL. Next part is devoted to design of the developed game, addressing the movement of objects, collisions between them, effects using particle systems, controls for two players on one computer and a basic graphics user interface. Next chapter covers implementation in C++ language using OpenGL and SDL libraries and object oriented design. The final section is devoted to testing the resulting application, including analysis of user ratings.
Application for Demonstration of Hash Algorithms SHA-1 and SHA-2
Siska, Josef ; Petrlík, Jiří (referee) ; Novotňák, Jiří (advisor)
In this thesis, the theory related to the hash algorithms SHA-1 and SHA-2 is presented, along with a description of possible implementation of an application that demonstrates how these algorithms work. The first part of this thesis describes the principles of construction of hash functions, their use and history of selected hash functions. The two following chapters present conventions and algorithms of the SHA-1 and SHA-2. The next chapter describes the general concepts related to the attacks on the hash functions and selected attacks are presented in more detail. The last two chapters outline the design and implementation of an application that was created as part of this work. In the end the evaluation of results of this thesis and proposals for its possible continuation are presented.
Using Computer Support when Dealing with Pre Crash Vehicle Movements
Křižák, Michal ; Semela, Marek (referee) ; Tokař, Stanislav (advisor)
Thesis deals with comparison of influence of chosen solution method on pre crash movement of vehicles in one simulation program and on differences between calculations for one method in different programs. Compared solution methods are kinematics and dynamics solutions of pre crash movement, compared programs are Virtual CRASH and PC-Crash.
